(1) The creator ("BotsBots" or "BotsBots.com") of the "Pet Society Bot" ("the bot" or "software") will not share or publish any private information of the customer ("you"). No financial information will be accessed or manipulated by BotsBots since the transaction will be done electronically using PayPal's Secure Express Checkout.

(2) By purchasing the Full Version of the bot, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions - User Agreement and that you have tested the Demo Version and it has worked properly on your computer.

(3) Demo Version is compiled under Full Version. This means, if Demo Version works on your computer, Full Version will work on your computer as well.

(4) The bot is free of virus, spywares or trojans. It is compiled under .NET Framework, so you might require to install it. You can download it from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6&displaylang=en .

(5) Once the payment of the Full Version is done you will be able to download the bot in this webpage and additionally you will receive an Activation Key to your email. Do NOT share, borrow or resell the software or Activation Key.

(6) Full Version will check the Activation Key status and log its access each time the software is ran. This way BotsBots will know if the software has been used or not, and where in the world is being accessed. BotsBots will only log the public I.P. (Internet Protocol) address each time is executed on a computer. Private or personal information of the user will not be logged.

(7) Due to (5) and (6), BotsBots may ban your Activation Key and block your software if:
	a. The Activation Key and/or the bot is found on Internet. (As an example: shared or published via P2P, Google or any other external site than BotsBots.com).
	b. The log of the bot found abnormal increase of activity. (As an example: If Monday the bot is used 14 times and then Tuesday is used 87 times; BotsBots may consider abnormal increase of activity).
	c. The log of the bot found that is being used in many places of the world at the same time; this will be considered as abnormal usage. (As an example: If the bot has been used 60% of the times in United Kingdom, 20% of the times in France, 10% of the times in China and 10% of the times in Russia; BotsBots may consider abnormal usage).

(8.a) The Full Version of the bot allows you to use the functionalities of the Demo Version, plus:
- No time limit. 
    
(8.b) Even when features named in (8.a) are working properly, they may fail or miss a few times. BotsBots ensures that those features should work at lest 90% of the times.

(9.a) Minimum System requirements for the bot are:
- Processor Intel Pentium 4 2.0Ghz or similar.
- 512 MB of Ram Memory.
- Video Card supporting GDI.
- Operative System Microsoft Windows XP.
- Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer installed on your computer.

(9.b) Due to (9.a), the bot could not work properly running in a different Operative System or Internet browser.

(10) BotsBots gives warranties that the bot will work for a minimum period of one week. Passed this time, BotsBots will not be responsible if the bots fails due to internal or external causes such as changes in the game, in the Operative System, in the Internet Browsers, in BotsBots.com website, etc. BotsBots will always try to fix those problems by releasing new versions, but if there is no fix, the bot will automatically become obsolete until there is an update, if available.

(11) The Software is provided "AS IS". You agree that by accepting Terms and Conditions - User Agreement, you are expressly acknowledging that the use of this software is at your own risk. Any harm or damage to your system by running this software will also be for your own risk. We do not ensure continuous, uninterrupted, reliable, error-free, secure operation of the Software, the Game or your Facebook Account.

(12) Due to (2), (3), (4), (6), (7), (8.b), (9.a), (9.b), (10) and (11); there will not be refunds under complaints such as: "the software is not working", "the software is an spyware, virus or trojan", "the software has been banned", "the software suddenly stopped working", "bot is not always getting all answers right", "the bot is working slow on my computer" and any complaint related to these points. If you have issue or complaint not listed on these points, you may have refund of your money after receiving technical support from BotsBots.

(13) If you have any doubt or issue, you can always use the email support@botsbots.com or the BotsBots.com website to receive technical support.

(14) BotsBots may change Terms and Conditions - User Agreement, the price and/or description of the bot from time to time without prior notice to you.

All these trademarks appearing in the bot or in this website may be the property of their respective owners: Facebook, Inc. (for [a]) and Playfish (for [b] and [c]).
